<h3>Trying to access your FanBridge account?</h3>
<p>If your FanBridge account was enabled at the time that FanBridge was closed on April 11th, 2022, your FanBridge account has transformed to a Kit account. Access your list with all data and groups by setting your new password for your Kit account <a href="https://app.kit.com/users/password/new">here</a>. (Use the same email address you used to log in to your FanBridge account.)</p>
<p>If your FanBridge account was closed at the time of April 11th, 2022, you can <a href="mailto:help@kit.com">contact our support here</a> and request an export of your mailing list.</p>
<p>IMPORTANT: All requests for exported data <strong>must be submitted before April 30th, 2022</strong>. FanBridge exports will not be supported after this date.</p>

<h3>Frequently Asked Questions</h3>
<h4>I was on FanBridge, but why am I being charged for Kit?</h4>
<p>Because of the acquisition of FanBridge in 2021, charges from FanBridge will come from Kit as it is the parent company. If you are seeing charges from Kit after FanBridge has closed on April 11th, 2022, this is because your FanBridge account was not closed by the account holder by this date and the FanBridge account migrated to the Kit platform.</p>
<h4>What happened to my sent campaigns or campaign analytics?</h4>
<p>Sent campaigns and analytics do not transfer over to Kit. However, these things as well as your account images can be downloaded upon request. Simply reach out to help@kit.com from the email address you used to log in to your FanBridge account. You can request a download of which items you’d like (sent campaigns, campaign analytics, and/or uploaded images) from this address as long as it comes <strong>before</strong> April 30th, 2022.</p>
<h4>If my FanBridge account has moved to Kit, where do I go to access my data?</h4>
<p>You will need to first set a new password for your account, which you can do by generating it <a href="https://app.kit.com/users/password/new">here</a> using the same email address you used for logging in to your FanBridge account. Once done, you’ll find your list, all data you collected on your subscribers, original subscription date, geographic information, and all groups have been translated to this new Kit account.</p>
